At West Winch Football Club, we believe that every child and young person has the right to train, play and enjoy football in an inclusive, cohesive and friendly family atmosphere free from abuse, criticism or pressure.  All children, young people and adults are welcome at our club.

Our aim is to develop the player and develop the person, giving children and the young people an understanding of teamwork, community cohesion and a healthy lifestyle. We aim to develop the children and young people’s leadership skills through teamwork.
